Everyone who ever needs to animate their character model needs to get it rigged. There is no other way around. Today 3d animated characters are used everywhere from Movies, Commercials, Games to rapidly expanding Metaverse and Youtubers using virtual avatars. And often they need it very fast.
We want to create a 'McDonalds' of rigging for animators, studios and creators with no need to install any tools or know the process. We want to use latest technologies and current software formats - machine learning, compatibility with platforms like Unreal Engine, Unity, FBX, Autodesk Maya and Blender.
There is always lack of riggers available and we want to offer online instant service to fill this gap on market. More and more features would be added over time, starting with simple configuration with goal to more customisation and related custom service to continue character development.
The global 3D animation market size was valued at $14 billion in 2018 and is projected to reach $33,7 billion by 2026, growing by 11% per year from 2019 to 2026.
The founder started with 3d animation in late 1990's. From 2004 he specialised on Rigging characters and worked in major studios in London in 2006-2015 on projects like Narnia, Harry Potter, Captain America and Legend of Tarzan working in Lead and Head of department roles.
Later in 2016 he started his own rigging service in Czech Republic slowly expanding the team and global clients from the industry. Since then the company worked for 2K Games, Capcom, czech UPP, Passion Pictures, Snowball Studios, Nordic Entertainment Group and many more.
We already had a few paying test customers who ordered using this system without any complains. The project is at MVP stage - online ordering platform with secure payment system portal, configuration UI and connection to our internal production system. We need to work on more automatisation of the process to reduce the Cost and Time of the service. And also to support more formats.
Full system development would take around 2 years with first stage development duration 3 months and we need to ensure we pay everyone properly to keep the best IT and Computer Graphics developers talent. This poses large costs with investment returns around 3-4 years.
We would also like to keep developing the system further based on first succesful financial returns.
Investment in the company development also means investing in the whole existing company business and rapidly increasing potential in the area of latest technologies animating 3d characters - metaverse, games, animated series and visual effects.
We have ambition to grow and add more services in area of Saas automation for 3d characters.
